Ndetiko, she is a co-founder and the Managing Director dealing with daily activities of the company.
She holds a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Land Management and Valuation from Ardhi University.
She is a Fully Registered and Licensed Valuer by Valuers Registration Board (VRB) and an
Associate member of Association Real Estate Professional of Tanzania (AREPTA).
She has been engaged in all types of property valuations including but not limited to
Land, Buildings, Plant & Machinery, Fittings, Fixtures, Furniture, Office Equipments, Motor Vehicles, Shares etc.
for purposes of Compensation, Mortgage, Debenture, Open Market Sales, Rental Assessment, Rating, Insurance, Audit, Financial Reporting and Privatization amongst others. She has vast experience in Land and Property valuation by participating in small and mega projects for various purposes.
